My little one is 15 months old and for the past few months we have been painting on a daily basis. At the beginning she started off with finger painting but now I try and find all sort of different items around the house she can use to paint with. She really enjoys her painting session and seems to concentrate more than before and enjoys making patterns and mixing the colours together.

Here is a list I recently came up with of items that can be used to paint with instead of paintbrushes!

Painting Without A Paint Brush

There are so many more items you can use but this should get you started!
