Studying through HBA Learning Centre

I am currently studying through a company called HBA Learning Centres it is an online course I am doing and I am wondering if anyone else is studing with this company? if so I am after some help with 1 particular question I have spoken to HBA and they have been no help at all I have spoken to an assessor through a different company and she is as confused as I am to why I got this question incorrect and if I get the question wrong again I will need to pay to have it reassessed it is one of the last questions I have to answer before completing my theory if anyone who is studying with this company and have successfully completed their workbook 7 recently I would be happy if you could inbox me Thanking you in advance
