Can someone help me with this senario. Mie is new child speaks little english. Her parents arr able to write quite well. Sally greet the family on arrival on their first day. She rushes over enthusiastically and procedures to chat away as through she has known them for quite some time . Sally explains where things go. The routine both parents are show little understanding .the team leader Allie speaks slowly to the family using lots of hand gestures and written forms of communication to explain how the routines and programs work.
Question 1: describe how Sally could reflect on this experience to increase her ability to work inclusively and with understanding of others in the future?
2. In what way could sally identify and act on the ways she dealt witj this communication exchange to improve herself and social awareness in the future?.
Can you please explain for me what is questions says? Thank you

1. When Sally is explaining the routine, she mentions that the parents show little understanding of what she is saying. What could she do in the future to make sure that families from diverse cultures get a better understanding of the information she is providing? Such as providing an interpreter if needed, having information translated in different languages etc.

2. During her communication exchange Sally spoke slowly and used hand movements and written notes to exchange information. What could she have done better to communicate with the parents? For example - use simple language, ask questions etc.

Hope this helps!
