CHCECE2020 - Creating A Script On Improving Child's Behaviour

Hi I am wondering if anyone who has or is currently studying the diploma has come across this question and could possibly help me out.?

2) Create a script for how you will consult with a family about developing guidelines to improve their child’s cooperative behaviours. Their two year old child has bitten another child and the family has admitted that the child has also bitten his older brother at home.No action was taken in that instance and the family believe that the child is too young to be reasoned with.How will you work with the family to develop a consistent approach.
