Scenario-

Stella, Roberto's Has just arrived to tour the service. Stella is quiet and softley spoken, Roberto is with her. She understands English but is limited in her expressive language. Stella speaks Italian fluently.
Stella particularly wants to know how you might cater for Roberto's food needs as they have concerns that he may be allergic to eggs.

5. What community services and resources may be available to Stella? How would you assist Stella to locate this information? How would the service ensure their contact details for these services is current?

You could provide Stella with pamphlets in relation to Children with Allergies, Community Health Centres, local Italian Recreation Clubs if in the area and Local community groups such as childrens play groups. If any services require a referral you could provide one, and if She requests, you could ring on her behalf.
Flyers and pamphlets should be updated and checked on a regular basis to ensure the service provided is still available and that their contact details are still valid. They should be provided in Italian if possible.
You could also provide her with a list of websites that may be useful such as
Raisingchildren.net.au
amcservices.org.au
multicultural.nsw.gov.au

some input would be great, is there is any other services or resources i have missed that may be useful in this situation.

THANKS :)
