Hey everyone

I'm not too sure how to answer this question.

Question 9: how can you encourage and assist work team members to contribute to WHS?

So I wrote down "putting up signs about how to properly lift around areas that require lifting" which I figured is along the right line but I can't think of anything else.

Hi Jess,

Yes, you're on the right track!

Some ideas to include:

- Having safety checklists for indoor/outdoor environments
- Opening and closing checklists
- Hand washing procedures above sinks
- Nappy Change procedures above nappy areas

Hope this gives you some ideas!
