Basically this question is asking what types of information would you get from the parent when they drop their child into care in the morning... For example:
- If they had breakfast in the morning or you need to provide it
- Any changes you should know about etc.

You can discuss the points like infants routine for the day example when he/she get ups in the morning, when he/she need to be given milk and many more.
