Cultural Bias

I have 3 assignments due on the 22nd of this month but would like help on this one:

The instruction says:

Sometimes when individual culture is practiced in a diverse community, biasness and competition is likely to emerge, in terms of differences in appearance, language and food. The majority cultural group will try to dominate the minority group and enforce their cultural practices upon them. this can lead to discrimination, segregation and racism. it can be dangerous for a culture's survival.

In this assignment i am required to:

1. Define cultural biase(s) in your own words?
2. Re-look at your own religious community, family or community and identify and describe the diverse cultures existing in it.
3. Provide visual evidence to support your answer.
4. Separate the cultures into majority and minority groups.
5. List the cultural practices the majority group carries out within your target location.
6. Which of these practices will you identify as biased and why?
7. State ways in which the minority group tries to save its cultural practice.
8. Suggest ways to prevent cultural biasness in your target location and bring about harmony amongst the diverse cultural groups.

These questions are based on your own views and personal responses...

Examples of cultural bias:

Gender: In some cultures, women are still property. There are still remnants of this in the West, too. Women may also be considered inferior in various other ways.
Religion: When one religion is dominant within a culture, there will likely be bias against other religions (and other systems of belief).
Age: In some cultures, older people are respected (eg. village elders) while in others they are considered incapacitated (eg. age bias in getting jobs).
Children: In some cultures, children are celebrated. In others, they may also be seen as a source of family income or support.
