Please help! I'm having trouble with these questions.

1. What are educators obligated to do in relation to suspected child abuse and neglect?

2. What happens if an educator fails or breaches their duty of care?

3. How do educators fulfill their duty of care responsibilities when working with children and young people? 3 examples please.

4. What ethical considerations would an early learning or school age care service need to have in relation to obligations stated in their code of practice, licensing, accreditation registration to professional bodies or service agreements?
