I also had a trouble with this question. Basically what i wrote was through one on one meetings with parents & director. The director will take notes on conversation and discuss them with staff members at staff meetings.

My problem was, what more is this question asking? Is there a limit to parents requests? what happens if the parents request breaches policies and procedures and any other rules staff have to abide by?
