Hi, I need to create induction pack for a new employee and I am a bit confused about Career development and progression. I wrote here about the courses and training in that section and appraisal but I am not really sure what needs to be included here. The next section I have is Training and professional development practices so I think I cant include courses and training in Career development.
Could someone please just give some direction I really am not sure what to include there.
