I work in the babies room and have to write evaluations ( ...guess like a yearly report) for individual toddlers...Room leader said to me "not like checklist form, more like warm writing letter to the child..A4 size...Will you give me some advice or example for that?

Thank you for the advice though the yearly report for the babies and i still stuck for the long writing.........
