Resources To Assist In Developing Ideas and Best Practice

i need 2 resources, support networks and or websites that can be accessed and used that will assist in developing ideas and best practices??
i have so far the EYLF and NQS pages but not sure this is what they are looking for
ive also looked into other areas like
National Childcare Accreditation Council Inc (2011) Quality Companion: reflecting on and evaluating practice, Australian Government, Canberra, available at http://www.ncac.gov.au/quality_ companions/qc_evaluating_practice.pdf (accessed 25-11-11)
but again not sure witch way i should go
