Question - ECT working as part time Director?

Hi all
Would it be unusual and/or unethical for an Early Childhood Teacher working say 10 hours per week at a service to also be employed as a part time Centre Manager at the same service?

No, it's quite common to have the Director also be the ECT of the service. This is because an ECT usually works only part of the time (depending on the number of children) so the rest of the time the Director position also seems to fit... If it works for you then go for it!
