Inclusion Plan review

Hi could anyone tell me how often an inclusion plan could be reviewed?

When filling out an inclusion plan and putting the plan into action, I think that the inclusion plan and strategies/goals that it has on the inclusion plan can be reviewed in a fortnight to see if they have worked... If not, you will need to continue the goals and strategies for another two weeks...

So, I would say every 2 weeks until the golas have been met...
