How We Are Achieving The Quality Areas

Post by Chantaldi » Wed Oct 28, 2015 6:25 pm

I've only just started working In childcare and we have a staff meeting tomorrow.
My boss gave us a sheet with all of the quality areas and each standard, I have to write next to each standard how we are doing these things and what we can do to achieve them.
I need to finish it tonight and I am so stuck with how it all worded.
Please help as it is very important

Thank you

I hope I'm not too late!

I have a document which you will be able to refer to. It has examples and practices that you should be doing in the centre for each quality area. You could use this to help you:

Hi there, my advice is for you look at what you are doing so well. Of course you will need your frame of reference which is the NQS, align your practice with some of the key performance indicators outlined in the NQS and see where you stand. Use that lense and see critically reflect on where you are. What you do so well, what you can do better.
