Article 30 - UN Convention On The Rights Of The Child

Need some help. please :)

Q: Explain how article 30 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child encourages educators to foster positive and respectful relationships with all children. Your answer should have at least 30 words

This one is really confusing me. the article 30 got so many different version. which one is the right one? It looks not relate at all. :(

Article 30 (Children of minorities/indigenous groups): Minority or indigenous children have the right to learn about and practice their own culture, language and religion. The right to practice one’s own culture, language and religion applies to everyone; the Convention here highlights this right in instances where the practices are not shared by the majority of people in the country
