unpaid work hours!

Hi, I work as a casual assistant educator in sa child care centre. During the last fortnight payment period I worked from 9am to 5.30pm on three days and 9am to 5pm on two days. Hence a total of 41.5 hours worked.
Yet I was only paid for working 29.25 hours as stated on my payslip. What is going on??
Even if I take out my lunch break times (sometimes get 30 mins instead of 1 hour) it is still 37.5 hours I should've been paid for.

Maybe it was a mistake from their end... Do you have your sign in/sign out details as proof of the hours you worked each day? If yes, just have a quick chat to the director about it showing them the hours you worked...
