study qualification problems

Post by jasuh » Tue Mar 07, 2017 7:43 pm

hi i am wanting to do my diploma in early childhood, problem i have a cert III chc30708 from 2010, i also studied with tafe in 2012 and completed 7 diploma modules but due to lack of support from them i stopped now i enquire and am told that i have to do the complete new diploma course as none of my modules exist now . even the cert III which is usually the first 12 or so modules of the diploma are not usuable , im so drained all that work now i have to do all the diploma from scratch.
what a waste of time doing the certIII when it means nothing - thoughts please.

Hi Jasuh,

Have you tried going through BNIT or another similar tafe, we are in FDC and we were able to RPL lots of our study because of work we have already done.
You can only try because you have put so much work into it already.
