Hi everyone,

I'm an OSHC educator for 3 years now. I did cert III in 2014. What do I have to do to become a responsible person at work and how would it affect my pay rate.
I'll be very thankful for any suggestions or help.
Thanks.

That means being in charge of the day to day management of the room when the director is away... Like 2IC (second in charge)...

As a 2IC according to the Children's Services Award you will be on Level 5 and the starting rate is $25.39 per hour/full time...
