Hi Nick,

Can you try these please and let me know so I can help you troubleshoot this:

1) Were you logged in when you tried to download the attachment?

2) What browser are you using? Is it Google Chrome? What browser version is it?

3) Can you download from another browser like Firefox?

4) Are you able to give me a screenshot if the problem happens in other browser too?

Cheers,
Lorina.

Good to hear you were able to download it!

It's really hard to say "which area" to open a centre. You would really need to do some research as to find a suburb which is in need of childcare... You're from Sydney so how far are you willing to travel? Could you do something rural?

The following link is a directory of childcare centres in Australia. You can use the "quick search" to type in a suburb to get an idea on how many centres are currently available in and around that suburb. For example for Parramatta, NSW there are over 30 centres so opening a centre in that area may be a challenge...
