FDC Provider Got Suspension Order - Haven't Been Paid

I am an family daycare educator.my previous provider was Starkid family daycare, 17 haldon street,Lakemba.Nsw 2195 On 19th April Starkid got suspension order DOE.i lodged time sheet.The fortnight of 10/04/17-23/04/17 but still i did not received my payment.Starkid said they did not received payment from CCMS.i worked hard and did not get paid.it is not fair.please help me out and where to contact to recovery my money.

You may be able to contact Fair Work Australia that deals with pay disputes etc.
