What are the differences between Team Leader, Qualified Educator and ECT?

Team Leader - Has A Diploma Qualification and is the Room Leader, which means they have all the responsibilities of documentation, managing the room, liaising with assistants in the room on what to do for the day, planning the routine, meeting requirements for NQF and the centres policies and procedures etc.

Qualified Educator - Has either a Diploma or Cert 3 Qualification for a Lead Educator or Assistant Educator position.

ECT - Early Childhood Teacher that a bachelor degree in early childhood.
