Do we get paid for Induction Days?

Hi,

I'm starting to work in a new opening center soon and I was notified that I will be attending 2 induction days next week. I was wondering do we get paid for the induction days?

In my opinion you should especially if it's for 2 days but it really depends on the centre...

Maybe it's best to clarify with them...

I have an assignment question been bugging me can you please help me with this question? Where can I find appropriate reading materials for this?

How would you reflect on and discuss your pedagogical practices with a supervisor and other staff at a service?
