Where to look for if you are interested in franchising a childcare? Any idea how much investment it takes for a (say 45 place) childcare?

You will have to search in Google for something like "childcare business for sale (your state)" to see what's available. You may be able to also buy an existing owned centre that is already fully managed with families and staff already working in the centre and the owner is just selling which includes everything (all resources, fully staffed, fully booked by families etc). This may cost you quite a bit since the work is done and your just obviously have to maintain and manage it. You could be looking at $300,000/ above. It could reach over $900,00/. Also it depends on the location and many more factors etc.
