How are you aware of the administrative practices that are required in your role as a FDC educator?

As a FDC educator what is your role to keep the co-ordination unit up to date with information about families contact details care arrangements? How's this done?

What do you need to consider when giving info to family about administrative policy or procedural information? How is this done?

is keeping up to date with the manual: policy procedures.....
