You probably need to take it a notch back, why do we assess children's learning;
firstly to inform future learning, celebrate and demonstrate children's growth and development over a period of time.
If none of above would be useful to peer educators, then may be and depending on which educators we talking about , but if it is people who share in the primary caregivers role, then the primary purpose is to facilitate transitions and enable continuity of learning.
