Narla 19mths is busy playing with her container of plastic teddies, she lines them up on the floor and is quietly playing with them. Along comes baby Hollie 8mths, crawls over to Narla and scatters the teddies. Narla screams kicking her legs, waving arms about. she is ver distressed.

My response would be to try and calm Narla down, comfort her and explain she was once a baby crawling and exploring.

Yes, talk in a soothing voice to calm her down, tell Narla you will help her find a spot at a table where she can sit and you will help her... Find a table that Narla can play at interrupted, set the teddies up as she had them on the floor....
