Frankie is 4 is under the lunch table when you ask him what is doing he tells you he dropped his sandwich and he is picking it up so he can finish it

for this scenario I think like this is it correct?

I would advise Frankie to get up from under the table, and tell him its unhygienic to eat the food from the floor and instead he will get the fresh sandwich to eat.

Thanks

David and paul are playing with the wooden blocks on the block mat they begin arguing about which blocks to use to make the bridge for the cars to travel on.David wants to use the arched blocks but paul says they are already used in another building and he doesn't want them moved.

For this scenario I answered like this , is it ok or not?
As paul and David already used the blocks for another building, I would ask them to use remaining blocks for building the bridge or I Would ask them dismantle building and make new design
