Q-----list examples of an appropriate person/external agency that an educator would approach to avoid unethical dilemmas from occurring with in the work place?

My Ans---
1. appropriate communication that is clear and can not be misinterpreted.
2.usage of appropriate language and checking for understanding.
3.awareness of appropriate forms of physical contact, children need cuddle but touching should be confined to certain areas.
being respectful of children's needs for privacy e.g toileting.

(am confuse,is it what they asked for? or any changes are required?)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Q---what is ethical practice?list 3 examples of professional boundries educators should be made aware of?

My Ans---the definition of ethic is acting morally

Professional boundries should include
1.not to disclose the content of any child to any irrelevent person
2.respect the child's and family's privecy
3.follow the procedures which are required by the laws

( does it make sense to the question?)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q---list some policies or procedures a service may have implemented regarding child protection?

My Ans--- Obtaining a working with children's chek
Obtaining a police check
mandatory reporting guidlines
confidentiality policy
record keeping police
communication policy
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q---what is the name of the convention which established children's rights?

My Ans---The international convention on the rights of the child.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q----what information should you have prepared before contacting FACS/community services in relation to making a notification of suspected abuse or neglect?
