National Regulations - Minimise Risks To Children

Post by mjane » Thu Jul 02, 2015 1:14 pm

Hi,

Hoping for some advice please

Children's Health and Safety

The guide to National law and National Regulations describes how a centre should "minimise risks to children, an education and care service or a family day care educator must implement:
-adequate health and hygiene practices
-safe practices for handling, preparing and storing food."

Which two national regulations does this statement relate to?

I have put National regulations 77 Health, hygiene and safe food practices and 168 Education and care service must have policies and procedures

Just seeing if I'm on the right track

Thank you
