Governing systems in Childcare

a) Identify two (2) nationally recognised governing systems followed by childcare centres across Australia
1.National Quality Framework
2. Early Years Learning Framework

Just wanted to check if these are the right options.

Thanks for the link for the question below....
I have this question too but getting very confused with the Regs, Laws, NQF, Frameworks etc and how they sit with each other.
My answer to this was: The National Law and The National Regulations but guessing that is wrong....???

Any extra help would be great...
