Explain why children who are not immunised must be excluded when there is an outbreak of a vaccine preventable contagious disease?

Immunisation is a key way of minimising the spread of many infectious diseases among children. Children in child care may be at a higher risk of exposure to infectious diseases due to contact with more children and adults than
children at home.

Is it correct?

Yes, you're on the right tack...

Children who are not immunised are at a higher risk on contacting the disease since they don't have immunity to help stop the disease...
