Diversity in the Workplace

I need some assistance with some of these questions! Thanks in advance -

1. What is the process a person can follow if they feel they are being discriminated against in the workplace?


2. Provide a brief description of how each of these features of diversity in Australia impact on different areas of work and life. (50 words each)
a Political
b Social
c Economic
d cultural


3. What strategies could be implemented to resolve misunderstandings arising from diversity?
