Hi Lorina
What happens if a decision needs to be made which does not fall within your area of responsibility?
Provide an example of where you have had to determine whether an action you were considering was within your professional boundaries?

A a cert 3 educator not all decisions are completely upto you... One example could maybe be working with a student on placement... Let's just say your room leader is away and the student had to do a practical task that you had witnessed, would you sign off even though you are not the room leader? What happens if this was the studnets last day and she is compelling you to sign so she can get her qualification, what would you do?
