Definition Of Dignity Of Risk

I think i need to add abit more to my questions can someone please help me?!

What is the definition of dignity of risk?
The definition of dignity of risk is people with a physical disability or a mental health illness should have the same rights to taking risk in life experience.

What is the definition of informed consent?
The definition of informed consent is having written consent from parents informing them with what they are agreeing to.
