please guide me to the correct answer to the ques:
A child in your care has an accident and child's parents arrive but you have not completed the incident report. explain what you will do and how you will accept responsibility for your actions?
: I will ask the parents to wait for few minutes to let me finish the report as I was soothing the child and ensuring that nothing serious has happened and removing all the possibilities for the incident to occur again and so didn’t get time to finish the report. I will apologize for the unfortunate incident and reassure them that this type of negligence will not happen again.
