if a child in a day care has met with an accident and parents arrive before you have completed an incident report, what will you do and how will you accept responsibility for your actions?
i will ask the parents to wait for few minutes to let me finish the report as i was soothing the child and ensuring that nothing serious has happened and removing all the possibilities for the incident to occur again and so didnt get time to finish the report. i will apologize for the unfortunate incident and reassure them that this type of negligence will not happen again.
