Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: Initiative Reading.
Your Assignment Type: Standard Question
Currently Working in Childcare? No
Your knowledge: Beginner

Your Question?
1. Look up initiative in 2 different resources (eg: a dictionary, EC book etc). Include these 2 definitions in your assignment then write in your own words what initiative means.
2. Research the practice of initiative. (What are more strategies you can use?) Use at least 2 resources. Please provide your direct references.
3. Write 2 actual examples of how you have specifically shown initiative in play sessions?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Ok, so far I have found my 2 different resources, and my definitions. My definitions come from the Oxford Dictionary and the other from a book on Childcare.
And I have my two examples from play sessions, of using my initiative.
But for some reason I can't make it all click in my head. I actually understand the assessment topic. I understand initiative, I know how to use my initiative, I just can't seem to get it down on paper.

Description and Message:
I would really appreciate any help, or feedback, or assistance. You will have my eternal gratitude.

From the document you have attached, what you have written seems fine and it's good to see your reference!

So, are you having trouble with putting the term "initiative" into your own words? Or coming up with strategies you can use?

In the word document I didn't see these questions answered so a little confused on where you need help.

Let me know,

It's ok, after re-reading it this morning, I've figured out what I needed to. I just needed a good night's sleep.

Thanks so much for your feedback.
