How does a child care service carry out procedures for reporting children at risk in-line with organisational expectations and legislative requirements?

Hi, could someone please help me with this question? I'm not sure what it is saying exactly.

what procedure would you take in a child was at risk. but using the organisations' expectations and legislative requirements
