BSBWOR301 - Organise personal work priorities and development

Hi, I'm new to this, and so this is my first time posting.
I am currently working through the assessment booklet titled "BSBWOR301 - Organise personal work priorities and development' and am struggling to understand how to complete it. I am up to question 3 where I have to write a goal, an objective and a KPI (Key Performance Indicators), and then provide 3 examples of each that is relevant to your work role (as an educator).
If anyone has completed this booklet, some assistance would be greatly appreciated.
