Hi im doing my childcare cert 3 and have to do this business module as well, if anyone else has done this and can give me an idea for an answer to this question that would be a great help please??!

Identify a team situation you have been in at work or in another setting where you have developed an idea for something new or a new way to do something. This might have involved a shopping trip with friends for a special outfit or an event you were organising.
1. Describe the team members and the roles that they played. What behaviours did each demonstrate that supported innovation?
