Developmental Milestones and Theories

Has anyone created/written a case study on a child and discussed thier development across the domains (eg motor, cognitive, social/emotional) and theorists eg Piaget etc?
Im struggling how to begin to write it based on a child who is 23mths and can only just say 10 clear words and just began to walk.
Any examples would really help.
