Cash Conversion Cycle

I am a student and i need to take a seminar on cash conversion cycle and how it is calculated. I went through various sites for its calculation like https://www.easycalculation.com/mortgag ... -cycle.php. But still dint get a clear cut idea of how to calculate. Is the final output CCC is the time for the increaso of cash on investments by company??? Can someone explain me on its calculation. Also, what is AR here.
