EYLF Outcome 1 Template - Child Obs Template

The Children Have A Strong Sense of Identity observation template is used to observe a child based on Learning Outcome 1.  The observation is written within the Learning Journey box, accompanied by 3 images, followed by Evaluation/Reflection. A follow up experience can be added to the What’s Next box and parent feedback can also be included.
